Ingredients
  1. 1 egg
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 3 cups flour
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients and set aside to rest. In a large kettle, boil in salted water. Cut small pieces of dough and drop into boiling water. Let dough boil for a few minutes. Drain and add a dab of butter. Top with bread crumbs that have been toasted in butter. Great with sausage and sauerkraut.
