Ingredients
  1. 0.50 c Rice (uncooked)
  2. 0.50 c Water
  3. 0.33 c Onion (chopped)
  4. 1.00 ts Salt
  5. 0.50 ts Celery Salt
  6. 0.25 ts Pepper
  7. 0.25 ts Garlic Powder
  8. 2.00 tb Oil
  9. 15.00 oz Tomato Sauce
  10. 1.00 c Water
  11. 2.00 tb Brown Sugar
  12. 2.00 ts Worcestershire Sauce
  13. 1 lb. Ground Beef
  14. 1 lb. Ground Pork
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
  2. Add beef and mix well.
  3. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
  4. In a large skillet, brown meatballs in oil; drain.
  5. Combine tomato sauce, water, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meatballs. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour.
