- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 8 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Glaze
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/8 cup yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a 9×13-inch pan with aluminum foil. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Set aside 1/4 of the bacon and cheddar cheese and combine the rest of the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together well.

Transfer mixture to prepared baking pan and shape into a meatloaf shape.

Stir together glaze ingredients in a small bowl and spread on top of meatloaf.

Bake for 45 minutes. Sprinkle the set aside cheese and bacon on top of the meatloaf and arrange a few pickle slices on top if desired.

Bake another 15 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
