Porcupine Meat Balls

- 0.50 c Rice uncooked
- 0.50 c Water
- 0.33 c Onion chopped
- 1.00 ts Salt
- 0.50 ts Celery Salt
- 0.25 ts Pepper
- 0.25 ts Garlic Powder
- 2.00 tb Oil
- 15.00 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1.00 c Water
- 2.00 tb Brown Sugar
- 2.00 ts Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 lb. Ground Pork
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
- Add beef and mix well.
- Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
- In a large skillet, brown meatballs in oil; drain.
- Combine tomato sauce, water, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meatballs. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour.
