Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. tub ready to spread vanilla frosting
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Combine frosting, peanut butter & butter or margarine until well blended
  • stir in crumbs and mix well
  • form into 1″balls and chill overnight
  • melt together 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips and 3 tbls. crisco shortening in small pan over boiling water
  • reduce heat to simmer and dip balls in melted chocolate
  • place on pan and top with sprinkles of your choice.
