Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

    • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    • 8 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 cups oatmeal
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Glaze
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/8 cup yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a 9×13-inch pan with aluminum foil.  Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Set aside 1/4 of the bacon and cheddar cheese and combine the rest of the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl.  Mix together well.
  • Transfer mixture to prepared baking pan and shape into a meatloaf shape.
  • Stir together glaze ingredients in a small bowl and spread on top of meatloaf.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.  Sprinkle the set aside cheese and bacon on top of the meatloaf and arrange a few pickle slices on top if desired.
  • Bake another 15 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
